Indie Game Guy

ZMan's "special place"

What is Indie Game Guy?

Once upon a time there was a business application developer called Andy who quit his well paid job with health insurance to stay at home and try to write video games. Under his alter-ego "The ZMan" he has been causing chaos in the world of managed code and gaming since 2005. This is where you can find the blog with the details of his exciting life in video games, his attempts to become an Olympic athlete and where he often rants about how stupid the rest of the world is.

  • BEST. MEAT. EVER. (and Blueberries)

J & I popped out to Cle Elum last Friday - we were helping out with a race series called Street Scramble . You never know what the traffic is like so we headed out early and arrived with enough time to eat. Cle Elum isn't a very big town so its always hard to know which restaurants are the ones to eat at. Its not just because they think there is something special about domain registration that they can charge more than anybody else. its because every time I have had to deal with them they treat you like they are used car salesmen. I'm helping a friend transfer a website and domain and I suggested that he use godaddy for the registration and the hosting...

  • Honest People and Dishonest People

2 years ago I lost my wallet. I wasn't 100% sure where I lost it but I had been to 2 parks in the Seattle area. There was less than $50 in there but it did have my drivers license and my green card so I was a little concerned. After half a day of retracing my steps and talking to park rangers I gave up. A couple of days later I went and got a replacement...
